Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
If you require expedited processing or have special shipping instructions, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Cost

Lettermail shipping option is  only available for order with only Stationery items including stickers, sticker sheet and mystery stickers packs. 

All order will be by default using the normal shipping option.

Currently only shipping to Canada.

Due to the tariffs situation, we're currently temporarily pausing all shipments to the USA. We apologize for the inconvenience.
